LUB-S: Monitored Minimum Volume Lubrication
This system provides precise, pulse-controlled lubricant delivery and can be used as a single or multipoint lubricator. It offers flexible operation with battery or 24 VDC power and detailed monitoring via LEDs and a display. LUB-S is ideal for applications with limited space due to its compact design and high operating pressure of up to 50 bar (745 psi). It is suitable for oils and greases up to NLGI 2.
G-LUBE OIL: Electromechanical Oil Lubricator
This self-sufficient, battery-operated system is highly flexible and can lubricate up to 10 points over longer distances with a pressure of up to 10 bar. It features an extra-large 500 ml oil reservoir and allows for easy on-site refilling, saving time and money. The G-LUBE OIL provides a linear discharge regardless of temperature and displays the remaining running time in days.
G-LUBE VIB: Automatic Lubricator with Vibration Sensor
This innovative lubricator ensures ideal lubrication by dispensing lubricant only when vibrations are detected, perfect for discontinuous operations. It offers significant savings through optimized lubrication and provides detailed status messages via display and LED. The G-LUBE VIB is battery-operated, features a magnetic vibration sensor, and boasts a high operating pressure of up to 60 bar (870 psi).

IND 220: The Lightest Portable Induction Heater in the World
Weighing only 3.5 kg, the IND 220 offers extreme portability combined with simple operation via an LED control panel. Like the IND 160, it provides uniform heating for safe and damage-free mounting of rolling bearings and ring-shaped metal parts up to 10 kg, with diameters from 20 mm internal to 220 mm external. It features automatic temperature monitoring and acoustic warnings for enhanced work safety.
FIT33: Fitting Tool Set
This comprehensive set enables fast, precise, and secure mounting of bearings, bushings, sealing rings, and pulleys. The 33 impact rings are made from a single sheet of impact-resistant plastic, preventing breakage and ensuring that mounting forces are not transmitted via the bearing’s balls or rollers, thus avoiding damage. It is suitable for bearings with shaft diameters from 10 to 50 mm and outside diameters from 26 to 110 mm. Correctly mounted bearings lead to a significantly longer operating life.
